While this information isn't highly sensitive, it should not be shared or distributed outside of our organization.Examples of this could be internal memos and announcements, project planning documents, employee training materials, or general business discussions.This label helps ensure that information remains within the organization, provides clarity of expectations for employees, and protects company interests by safeguarding work-in-progress, preliminary ideas, or internal discussions that may not be ready for public release.Note: This label doesn't provide encryption or advanced access controls. For information requiring more robust protection, use the appropriate Protected A, B, or C label.
Protected A
Apply this label to information that you think may contain information that if it were to be released by accident could cause injury to a person or HeartBeat Medical Corporation (HMC) or one of it's partners.An example of this could be Personal Information: Names (first, middle, and surname), Home addresses, Phone numbers, Dates of birth, Social Insurance Numbers (SIN), Biometric data (fingerprints, facial patterns, etc.)If any of these information types were to be disclosed without authorization, it could lead to consequences like financial fruad, identity theft, or loss of trust in HMC.
Protected B
Apply this label to information that you think may contain information that if it were to be released by accident could cause serious injury or damage to a person, HeartBeat Medical Corporation (HMC), or one of its partners.Examples of this could include detailed medical information, proprietary R&D data, and critical incident reports.If any of these information types were to be disclosed without authorization, it could lead to consequences like severe health complications for individuals, loss of market share or intellectual property leading to significant financial damage for HMC or even legal liability and regulatory penalties.
Protected C
Apply this label to information that you think may contain information that if it were to be released by accident could cause exceptionally grave injury or damage to a person, HeartBeat Medical Corporation (HMC), or its partners. In some cases, disclosure could have life-threatening consequences or jeopardize national interests.Examples of this could include patient safety data linked to national security or even source code for life-sustaining systems.If any of these information types were to be disclosed without authorization, it could lead to consequences like direct loss of life, irreparable damage to HMC's reputation or complete collapse of the company, major disruptions to healthcare systems or critical infrastructure or even breakdown of critical partnerships and jeopardized national security interests.
